Simple weight loss remedy that made me lose 30lbs and feel much more energetic.

Very simple: JUST INCREASE YOUR FIBER AND LOSE MORE WEIGHT!

Fiber keeps you full much longer and allows your body to purge excess fats and other nasty stuff in the colon. And the natural appetite suppressant allows you to feel full for much longer. Fiber makes you lose weight.

Tips:

1.) Eat apples. Great portable fiber.

2.) Use flavorless fiber additives to your foods. I use Benefiber myself. Add it to every dinner you make. Great for the whole family.

3.) Eat Beans! Beans are high in protein and have great fiber content.

4.) I carry Fiber One Bars around with me during work for break time.

Simple and yet powerful stuff. Don’t underestimate the power of fiber and weight loss. Fiber for Natural Weight Loss

For a super inexpensive dry skin home remedy to repair dusty and flaky facial skin:

Mix in a Food Chopper at 50/50 Ratio – Whole Oatmeal and Sugar

Lightly moisten your face, then apply the scrub. Rinse with cool water when finished.

Use this 2-3 times a week to exfoliate your skin until the dry skin problems subside.

You can buy whole oatmeal and sugar by the pound in the bulk department of most grocery stores for nearly nothing.

I mix a large amount and store a large amount of this natural cure in a resealable container in the bathroom. This way I can just use when I need it.

For an extra treat, bring a squeeze jar of honey and give a small squeeze into your oatmeal/sugar mixture before you apply. (Mix it in before you apply)
