This is a preventative remedy not a curative one. Works well in the very initial stages when you start getting mild itching in the throat.
It will not work when the infection is spread. So if you want to avoid infection then catch it very early and use this remedy.

I tried using tea mint bags, I mean I cut the bags open and mixed the shredded tea leaves in water, left them to soak a lil, like mins, them took a patch and in circular motion and massaged my face for like mins, and IT WORKED…my whole face is SOOOO clean..so I just wanted to say, THANK U THANK U..:)

Hey, your vids are great.. I am from Mauritius, and have indian origins. My skin is quite like yours, and I have found it so difficult finding tutorials appropriate for me on youtube. I have tried the mint leaves paste, but could get hands on a scrub brush.. used a baby brush.. Do you have any remedy for oily and acne prone skin? Also my hair tends to get dull and greasy at the roots quickly. Any tips?
