This Sinus Infection Home Remedy is the first thing I turn to when I feel a sinus infection coming on.

My Sinus Infection Home Remedy is to:

1.) Buy a Sinus Irrigation Kit. I bought the Neilmed sinus kit at Walmart. If you don’t have a super store nearby, Just Click –> NeilMed Sinus Rinse – 2 Bottles – 250 Premixed Packets – Value Pack.

2.) Buy some “Aloe Vera liquid” and some “Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar”
(Click for Aloe Vera –>Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Juice, 16 Ounces (473 ml) (Pack of 6))
(Click for Braggs –> Bragg – Apple Cider Vinegar, 32 oz liquid).
Both can be purchased at Walmart or Walgreens also.

3.) Twice daily: (One time in morning and once at least an hour before bed)Follow the directions on the sinus rinse kit but also add a small amount of both Aloe Vera and ACV. I use 1/2 of an eye dropper of each. Do not overfill with the ACV or the Aloe. It will burn tremendously.

4.) Twice daily: Drink 1-2 TBS of ACV and 3-4 oz of Aloe Vera in a tall glass of water as well.

5.) Optional: I use this all natural nasal spray during the day when working. I have high blood pressure and can’t use the drug nasal sprays.
